Survivor Shabby Chic Challenge

So Shabby Chic is something that is way outside the box for me. Well, for the first Survivor Challenge over at Scrap-Friendzy was just that, Shabby Chic. So, this was my first attempt. What do you think? I've had this picture of Glen and I with his grandma for several years and to me this was the perfect photo to use for this layout. I'll try tomorrow to get a better photo, but the last four days have left us with rainy & overcast skies - tough to take a good photo.....
Materials:
Paper - MME 29th Street - Peaceful Dream, Classic Unique & Fresh Brothers
Prima flowers & Leaves
Stamps - Making Memories Vintage Findings
Cricut for Title, Frame & Flourish - Accent Essentials, Home Accents & Storybook
Ranger Distress Crackle paint in Antique Linen (used on the title)
Lace, String of Pearls, Miscellaneous Buttons, Ribbon, DMC Embroidery floss, Cross stitch fabric from my stash
Lots of pop dots and glue dots for dimension!
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look today!
Happy Craftin' and Happy July! Whew, July already!!
