Anything But a Card

And of course, it's another cute baby onsie!

Somehow or another, around Easter this year, my father in law began calling our little Jelly Bean, Jolene Marie (of course this was not one of the names on our 'going to the hospital list'). So, it has been a running joke in our family - "Why does Grandpa keep calling me Jolene Marie?"

So, of course, we had to have a funny onsie that we gave my father in law for Father's Day and with some of the cute Bugaboo Stamps flowers, it tuned out super cute!!

Oldie but Goodie @ Bugaboo - Cute Baby Edition

It's an Oldie But Goodie Day over at The Bug Blog and the little oldie I'm going to share with you is definitely a goodie and for our new arrival who will be here in just a matter of weeks!

Our baby girl has been a kicker since the first time we saw her - she kicks every time we have an ultra sound, so because we haven't decided on a name quite yet (we're down to 2 that will go to the hospital with us), we affectionately call her "Ninja Baby" when the arms and legs begin flailing.

What little Ninja Baby doesn't a custom Ninja Baby Onsie?  :)0

Tools - GIMP to color and organize image & text, Iron on paper & Iron

It was that simple - apologies for all the wrinklies in the picture, when I took this photo, the baby clothes hadn't made it to the laundry yet.....have no fear though, we're all washed & ready to go now!  :)

Thanks so much for stopping by - be sure to visit The Bug Blog and see what other oldies the design team girlies have dusted off.

Anything But a Card Monday at Bugaboo

A little ABC for you today at The Bug Blog.

With our new addition scheduled to arrive in less than 6 weeks, we've got a fair share of onsies that have started filling her closet.  There is NO SUCH thing as a plain onsie!  Nope, not in this house!

So, here is one of many you'll be seeing.  Since my daddy isn't here to celebrate this exciting addition to our family (thought we know he had a little something to do with this from his perch in heaven).  It was only fitting that this be one of her first onsies.  Her guardian angel in heaven.

Pretty stinkin' cute, huh?

Be sure to stop back by - we'll have a bunch more of these cuties for our little cutie to share soon!

Anything But a Card: Baby Gift edition

Anything But a Card - I love Mondays!  They make me think OUTSIDE of the box!

A few months ago Glen's cousin and her husband adopted a sweet baby girl.  And because in our family, there is very little we buy, if we can make it (IE: cards, fun pillowcases, scarves, wool slippers, baby blankets and ONSIES.)

Well today, I wanted to share with you the Onsies I whipped up as part of the baby gift bag.

These are the onsies together -

And here are the close up photos of each onsie, complete with Bugaboo cute Images!

It's Anything But A Card day over at Bugaboo Stamps and today I whipped up a cute little onsie for a very dear friend who is having a baby next month (we can hardly believe the baby will be here next month!).

This is just one of them - more to come.  =)
